A must-read, it is one of the best trilogies I have ever read in my life.
A thrilling book with a captivating plot. Pullman has added a whole new world to the mixture and it resonates and fits in nicely with the prequels. Lyra and Will have just entered a new world together and realise that their destiny is more intertwined than anything they had ever known. Covering the deep depths of religion and sin, this book is perhaps the most deserving to be called a fantasy book.
Despite not being as awe-taking as the Golden Compass and the Subtle Knife, it answers many philosophical questions. A must-read, it is one of the best trilogies I have ever read in my life.
