Amari and the Despicable Wonders

Travel through a magical world with Amari Peters as she once again faces her arch nemesis, Dylan Van Helsing. As the third book of the series B.B Alston is sure to have you glued to the book.

Travel through a magical world with Amari Peters and her fight to end Dylan Van Helsing’s reign once and for all, it can't be that hard can it? Especially now she has Vanquish on her side. As the third book of the series B.B Alston is sure to have you glued to the book. You are transported into a supernatural world, going from portals, into haunted houses and getting trapped in time freezes. If you enjoyed Amari’s first 2 adventures, you'll be sure to love this. I particularly enjoyed the tension between different characters and how everyone is connected in the supernatural world and as a magician, Amari needs to show the supernatural world that not all magicians are villains and even though Dylan’s family has secretly had a long line of talented magicians, some are good and others are just like Dylan. But how can Amari stop it? Now Amari has some experienced and not-so-experienced supernatural friends by her side. She is determined to stop Dylan but how? Amari needs to make a big decision. Her life or the people’s life.

Amari is amazing! This is an exciting, fast paced, supernatural adventure. Just, if not more exciting, as the previous two books and a book I just didn't want to put down.

Amari is amazing - 10 Stars!!! I LOVED this book.

If you haven't read the first two go and do it NOW!

This book follows on directly from the end of the 2nd book (the great game), Amari blames herself for everything that is happening but with the help of her friends they work together to try and put things right. I still love the supernatural world in which these books are set, with magicians, weredragons and a whole variety of other supernatural beings, hidden from the sight of the known world. This is an exciting, fast paced adventure. Just, if not more exciting, as the previous two books and a book I just didn't want to put down.

I hope there is another Amari book - When can I read it?

This book is great for lovers of adventure and fantasy and I'd rate this book a 4.5 out of 5. I loved the magic and thrill and it made me want to read more!

In Amari and the Despicable Wonders, Amari is planning to save the world from Dylan (the evil magician). There's just a few things stopping her:
- A mind-controlling prime minister set on finding Amari and her friends
- The whole supernatural world is tracking her down
- She has an overprotective brother who is fixed on keeping her safe
And to top it all off she has no magic to face Dylan!
The only way to keep the world (supernatural and normal alike) safe is to find the mysterious despicable wonders. But can she do it in time?
This book is great for lovers of adventure and fantasy and I'd rate this book a 4.5 out of 5. I loved the magic and thrill and it made me want to read more! I can't give it 5 out of 5 because of something that happens near the end.
Finally, I'd say this book is for ages 8 and up because some of it may be too scary.
