The story made me think about the value we give to things and why some are thought of as treasures when other things are much more valuable to us in our lives. I really liked the character Nimble-Quick, who stands up for what she thinks is right. Overall this is an amazing original story you’ll want to keep reading and I’d recommend it for fans of adventure aged 8+

I literally couldn’t put this book down. I read it in one weekend. My favourite parts were how the plot kept twisting, and then twisting again – so you could never quite guess what would happen at the end. The mood capturing illustrations really bring the story to life. The story shows that rats can be real heroes. Most people hate rats, you may well love them by the end of this tale. I was surprised by how many rats were killed on their heroic adventures, and how they manage to befriend Marmalade, a big cutie of a cat.

What a lovely story about Docklands Rats who live near the Thames. I loved reading the book it was a happy story but also happy tears.
Tilbury is really shy and timid Rattling he is very careful and stay away from Danger. Nimble quick is his sister who loves adventures. They have a curse that is around them. It is adventurous exciting and a really great story. Sticking together getting through the rough with the smooth together. Being strong and showing you can do anything if you try.

I liked the book Moonflight, because it was full of humour adventure and bravery. I also liked how it showed that even if you feel small and unwanted, you can still live up to do amazing things. My favourite part, was when Nimble Quick sneaked into the food basket, and said, "What would you rather have Tilbury, me or the cheese?". Although the book is full of laughter, it's also full of sadness. If your style of reading is adventure, then I strongly recommend reading Moonflight.

Tilbury is such a lovable character that you just root for him all the way through. Heart warming story about following your heart and being yourself. Brilliant illustrations of the Rat family houses and hideaways. I couldn't put it down!
