An exciting book, filled with action and suspense.
This is the third Jack Courtney adventure, although you don't have to have read the previous books to enjoy this one.
Jack and his friends Amelia and Xander are off on a trip to the Arctic with his cousin Caleb to make a video for a competition focusing on endangered animals and climates.
When Xander digs up some news about what is happening where they are going, they decide to look in to it and find out what is really happening.
Jack and crew face disasters such as wolves and avalanches and things much bigger which put then danger. They find themselves alone, except for Jonny who they aren't sure if they can trust.
This book has lots of short chapters which makes it ideal for dipping in and out of - although it had me gripped! Ideal for busier days where long periods of uninterrupted reading can't happen!
A book filled with suspense and action, not for younger readers so I would say at least 9+ and one to avoid if easily scared. For people who like danger, winter adventures
