I think Heidi Bryant has come up with a brilliant format and I look forward to reading about Vince's future adventures.
I'd previously read one of the other books in this series, Vince Goes to Seville. I really enjoyed it and was keen to review this latest offering. I wasn't disappointed. The book is informative without being over-wordy. I particularly like the section at the end which gives further information about Indian culture. It's well-written and nicely illustrated. Vince the cat, and his friend Anoushka, enhance the narrative as they have experiences which the humans in the story cannot. I think Heidi Bryant has come up with a brilliant format and I look forward to reading about Vince's future adventures.
This is a very informative book, about a different country and the cultures within. The illustrations are very colourful and let you see the country through a child's eyes.

There is information in the back of the book and a picture of GANESHA to colour in.
