Nat Cardozo - Illustrator

French Uruguayan author & illustrator, born in Paris 1982 and based in Uruguay, Nat Cardozo graduated as Higher Technician in Plastic Arts and Design in Illustration at the Escola J. Serra i Abella in Barcelona in 2009. She has participated in exhibitions in Uruguay, Mexico, Spain and Argentina and has worked with several publishers in picture books and all kinds of publications, some of them of her own authorship. Inspired by nature and world cultures, she enjoys exploring various traditional techniques such as acrylics, coloured pencils, ink and watercolour, usually combining them with each other. Pyrography and embroidery are also included among her favourite techniques.
