Michaela Dias-Hayes - Illustrator
Illustrator Michaela Dias-Hayes has a background in children’s fashion and textile design. This is her debut children’s book. Her personal experiences of part-Jamaican heritage and her marriage into an Indian family also helped to shape Sunflower Sisters and are reflected in the authentic portrayal of the main characters and their families.
