Jez Tuya wanted to fly planes when he was a kid, but becuase he loved drawing things more, he decided to make a career out of it. He's been working as a professional illustrator for close to nine years, and over this time he has worked for many clients in children's book publishing and designing characters for animated films and TV shows. When he's not making pictures, he does a bit of travelling, plays board games with his friends, or finding his inner zen by baking delicious things. Jez currently lives in New Zealand's windy capital.
