"Sarah descubre" is a series about science for early elementary readers. In ¿Por quÉ se derritiÓ el helado? Sarah discovers that water turns into steam and into ice observing how her ice cream has melted (and that other liquids do the same at different temperatures and conditions). It has a very positive approach to sciences as part of our daily lives and encourages children to become interested in science and experiments. It is the perfect complement to STEM teaching for early readers, whether homeschooled or in elementary classrooms.
