Language helps us make sense of the world. Babies understand so much before they can talk, so using signs encourages early word play, language development and comprehension. Clear step-by-step instructions are given for parents, beginning with starter signs and then continuing through signs for mealtime, clothes, animals and so on. It's really fulfilling for both parent and baby at such an early and important stage in development. And best of all, babies who understand and are understood are happy babies.
