Alan Titchmarsh hit the nail on the head when he said about this book, 'This is such a great way of helping children to know wild flowers. I recommend it to any parent keen to pass on a love of nature to their children'.
Arranged in colour for speedy identification, with anecdotes from winsome characters, this child-friendly guide includes keynotes on plant parts and the seasons, along with a tick-box index for keen spotters. A beautiful reference book, colour-coded to help you name the wild flowers you see every day, in towns and cities as well as in the country. With a wild flower scrapbook to fill in and keep.
