LoveReading4Kids Says
Panda cuts quite a comic figure in this story. He desperately wants to make friends with the other panda he spots in the forest, but isn’t sure how. He tries copying the other animals, but dancing like a flamingo, bouncing like a sifaka monkey and prancing like a peacock don’t come naturally to pandas. In the end he makes friends simply by sharing his bamboo. The message is an important one, and it’s a lovely story, full of things that will make children laugh, while the illustrations are gorgeous - bright and bold, the animals glow and shimmer against a silvery-grey background. ~ Andrea Reece
