With a larger-than-life character at the centre of this stunning picture book it comes as no surprise that it is the winner of the ‘Early Years – Pre-school Award’.
There is fun and excitement on every page as well as a mixture of emotions brought to life through this superb character.
Meet Mr Pusskins. He's got it all...an owner who adores him, who tends to his every need, who plays mouse games with him, who brushes his fur, who reads him a bedtime story every night, and tells him how much she loves him. But Mr Pusskins is bored. What Mr Pusskins really wants is 'adventure', and so one night he goes off in search of it...But is Mr Pusskins' new lifestyle all it's cracked up to be? This brilliantly funny story is told through great splashes of visual humour, and touches of real tenderness. Mr Pusskins' expressive character is skilfully brought to life by Sam's art, and every page is a delight. A hilarious but touching tale from an exciting award-winning talent.
