Youngsters are invited to join a snail and follow the path their new friend takes throughout the day, from the moment the sun rises into the evening. Along the way they’ll pick up all sorts of tips they could apply to their own lives, from the importance of following your path carefully, to understanding that every path is special and that the main thing is to keep going.
The singsong text is soothing but there’s more than enough action in words and pictures to hold the attention. Whether young readers choose to take this adventurous young snail’s message to heart or not, this is a rewarding book to share with much for grown ups to ponder too. Jana Curll’s illustrations are warm and characterful giving the little snail real personality.
Joyful, empowering celebration of choice with an adorable snail protagonist - follow the snail's sparkly silver trail on every page and join their amazing adventure!
Every morning, a little snail sets off on their Path. There are mountains to climb, rushing rivers to cross and, sometimes, when the path ahead seems impossible, they need to ask for help. But as long as it feels like the right Path for them, this determined snail keeps going.
Follow this adventurous snail as they decide not to follow the crowd and face unexpected challenges. This inspiring journey will help little ones understand that ANYONE can defy the odds and find their own unique way forward.
My Path will help children choose their own special path . . . and keep going!
