Tilly has seen lots of horses and ponies arrive at Silver Shoe Farm, the stables that are her second home, but there’s never been a horse like Royal Flame.

This episode in a consistently excellent series is particularly high in drama but just as satisfying to readers will be the tips on horse care and insight into horse behaviour that Pippa Funnell delivers, and the sense, as always, that we are right there in the stables with the Tilly and the horses she loves so much.
