LoveReading4Kids Says
Sonny loves painting and when he spots some paints in the garden he gets to work right away. When his friends ask to join in, it’s ‘No! I need them’. He won’t join in with their games either, but when he remembers it’s Meemo’s birthday, there’s the chance to put everything right and have lots of fun too.
Sonny is a rambunctious character, recognisable to anyone who has, knows or works with the very young, and little ones will understand exactly how he feels in this story. It’s a fun and effective way to talk about sharing, caring and playing together.
