Quirky and inventive as ever, Viviane Schwarz brings her playful genius to the counting book. Tiny Cat goes from having no woolly red balls (‘None’ says the text opposite Tiny Cat looking wonderfully wide-eyed and surprised in the centre of bright white space), to one, two, three, more, about a dozen, lots, before he throws them all up in the air to pounce and play with them. It’s absolutely hilarious and Viviane Schwarz’s vibrant brush and ink illustrations give Tiny Cat a huge personality. A book to make you laugh each time you read it. ~Andrea Reece
Let's count with Tiny Cat - the completely adorable feline from Viviane Schwarz's Kate Greenaway shortlisted There Are Cats in This Book and There Are No Cats in this Book.
