In his time as Children’s Laureate, Anthony Browne introduced the Shape Game. Invented when he was child and played it with his brother, the Shape Game is a feast of imagination as one person draws a shape and another turns it into a picture. Here, friends Frida and Bear draw shapes for each other and turn them into some unexpected and entertaining pictures. ~ Julia Eccleshare
Anthony Browne and Hanne Bartholin celebrate the power of imagination and the importance of creativity in this delightful picture book that invites the reader to join in and play the shape game with them.
Frida and Bear both LOVE to draw - but what? First, Frida draws a shape. Bear adds to it and turns it into a picture. Then Bear draws a shape for Frida as the game begins again.
