Outwitting nannies is feisty Martha’s speciality. She has already seen off several… Miss Harrington-Chive is absolutely sure that she can do better than the rest. But that is before she has met Martha! Climbing up the Tyrannosaurus Rex in the Science Museum or tunnelling her way out of the sandpit in the playground, Martha causes chaos wherever she goes paying no attention at all to Nanny saying No! A witty contemporary cautionary tale with a satisfying resolution.

Meet Martha Felicity Molly-Anne May – she guaranteed to bring chaos into your day. She's the naughtiest girl you'll ever meet, even Mary Poppins would be knocked off her feet! When Martha spends the day with Miss Harrington-Chive, the new nanny gets more than she's bargained for. At the bandstand, at the science Museum and at the restaurant, this poor childminder finds herself screaming - Martha, No!
This is the debut of writer Edward Hardy and illustrated by Deborah Allwright.
