Easy to read, these four short stories give fresh insights into the life of the loveable if accident prone Winnie the Witch. From buying upholstered knickers to stop her getting bruised on her broomstick to trying to sell her unwanted possessions but ending up with as much as she started with, Winnie has unusual and wonderfully entertaining adventures.
A small number of children were lucky enough to be invited to read and review Mini Winnie which is the first Winnie Young Fiction title. Here's a taster....'Each page of the book is crammed full of really cool jokes and Korky Paul’s illustrations are great, making me chuckle away for hours. It’s a fantastic book and I can’t wait to get hold of more of the series to see what Winnie gets up to.'....
In four new stories, illustrated by Korky Paul, we find Winnie and Wilbur up to their usual mischief. Whether they are setting up at a car-boot sale, putting out to sea on a fishing trip, responding to a gap in the market for broomstick-friendly pants, or showing some team spirit on the football pitch, one thing is certain-nothing will go to plan!
