LoveReading4Kids Says
Despite having written just four books, Joe Craig could be well justify himself as being compared to the great Anthony Horowitz. Jimmy Coates is an eleven year old with incredible powers (part human/part genetic engineering) and he is being chased and used by the Secret Service to do their most terrifying of assignments. Jimmy Coates is a totally original invention and with a mix of terror, fear and non-stop action he'll have you on the edge of your seat throughout.
Action-packed adventure with great characters it’s guaranteed to get 12+ boys reading late into the night. To read the series in order start with Killer, then Target, then Revenge and finally the newest Sabotage. It is not particularly essential to read them in order, but our feeling is that you'd be missing out if you didn't read them all.

About
Jimmy Coates: Sabotage Synopsis
Jimmy Coates is a boy with a difference. He is only 38% human. Jimmy has been genetically engineered to function as a government assassin, but his abilities are not supposed to develop until he is fully grown. His programming has malfunctioned and Jimmy is fighting back. He must resist his instincts to kill and find out the truth about his family and the government that created him.
Jimmy Coates embarks on his fourth adventure in his ongoing mission to out-think / out-manouevre and outwit NJ7. If you think it’s over, think again…
“Jimmy closed his eyes, searching for that power inside him. He had to forget that he was terrified that was only the human part of him, the 38 per cent that was a normal, frightened boy. He willed the assassin to take him over. He knew that somewhere within him was enough strength, resilience and expert knowledge to survive this crisis.”
The cold and calculating Miss Bennett has had enough of Jimmy Coates. NJ7’s greatest invention has turned into it’s greatest enemy, and it’s time someone put an end to him.
But Jimmy’s next mission is to foil a secret plan – and who could be better at this than someone who officially doesn’t exist!
