December 2013 Book of the Month This is a laugh-out-loud funny story - but, be warned, it doesn’t come quietly! It tells the tale of Morris, a mouse for whom squeaking isn’t enough. He’d rather say ‘moo!’ In fact he’d rather say ‘moo,’ ‘quack,’ ‘baa,’ and ‘neigh,’ and he’s only just getting warmed up! Young children will love to join in with the fun of this story as Morris proves that he is no mouse when it comes to standing up for himself in this noisy barnyard adventure. Colourful, zany and very funny, it's a tribute to all who dare to be different.
Morris is a little different, the only mouse in his clan not interested in squeaking. And it's getting him into trouble. I mean who ever heard of a mouse that said moo anyway? But when a local cat comes sniffing round it turns out another squeaking mouse is not what's needed.
Moo! Said Morris is the latest book by Jon-Lycett- Smith.
