Obiajulu Maha, writing under the pen name 'Yadi', continues to live in Brooklyn, New York where he was born and raised, and where he is inspired to create. His goal is to touch the hearts of children and provide a few of the crucial lessons that will prepare them for life. While Yadi has no children of his own yet, he now has nine nieces and nephews amongst his five siblings.
