Sue Walker grew up on a farm with Jersey cows, ponies, dogs and wildlife. She started writing stories and rhymes at a very young age and has had four books for young readers published previously. She graduated with an MA in Writing for Young People from Bath Spa University in 2022. Sue lives in Somerset with her husband and their black Pug, Pete - star of picture book Don't Eat Pete!
