Originally from Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University, he is now the owner and artistic director of a children's theatre, Sunset Theatre Company in Redondo Beach California and Oakland County Michigan. He has developed theatre curriculum and taught preschool aged children through high school. He is a recipient of the National Enrichment Teacher of the Year Award and member of the Dramatists Guild. As a long time lover of magic in fairy tales he has created stories for the oral tradition for many years. He is excited to combine his theater and oral storytelling backgrounds into this book. He enjoys living life to the fullest with his wife, son and one awesome cat named Mango.
