Steve George has a degree in film production and an MA in screenwriting, but he got into writing football books through his love of sport. Whether it's baseball, cricket, motor racing or American football, he enjoys all the meats of the sporting stew. Football, though, is his first love - except when he's watching his favourite team, Aston Villa, who often drive him to madness.
