Anna C. Leplar received her art degree from the Rushkin School of Drawing and Fine Art in Oxford, England, and an art education degree from Reykjavik's Art College in Iceland. She has illustrated a number of books for children. She lives in Iceland, where she is the Head of Illustration at the Reykjavik School of Visual Arts.
