Robert is a university senior lecturer in the subject of Visual Communications, now retired. He has many interests in life as well as writing books, for example he has been musical director for many amateur shows, he has run a model railway group, been general secretary of a canal and river boat club, and there are more! He now lives quietly with his wife in a small flat in Wirral.
