Ojars fell in love with fishing when he was very young. He was so enthusiastic that he would go, with his father, to the riverbank, before and after school, once, twice even three times a week. When he retired, Ojars decided he wanted to encourage and inspire as many young people as possible to also go fishing and share in his wonderful and exciting experiences. So he wrote 'Fishy Tales'.
