Kathy Muench is a former public elementary school teacher with 30 years of experience. She is happily married with two adult children and a beagle named Rosey. Born in the Midwest, she has lived in southern California for 45 years. Her favorite memory from both being an elementary student (long ago) and a teacher was any time the teacher read aloud books to the class. She loves a book that both captures the reader's attention and one a student can personally connect with.
