Kate Mallinder lives with her husband, four children and two cats near Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire. If left to her own devices, she'd live on a window seat with a good book and a never-ending cup of tea. She recently completed her MA in writing for children at Bath Spa. Summer Under the Stars is her third novel.
