Gillian Overitt lives in Cambridge with her husband, Andy. She took up writing when her children had grown up. Her first book was published in 2012 and she has gone on to publish two other ones since. She enjoys sharing her stories in schools and doing workshops with the pupils. Gillian has been a member of a Christian organisation called GenR8 for over a decade. This involves visiting local primary schools doing assemblies using drama, music and puppetry. She also loves spending time with her family, walking, jigsaw puzzles and reading.
