Ema has been a teacher of practical arts since the age of 18, teaching children and adults to use their performance creativity to achieve happiness in their lives. Most recently she dedicated her career to dementia, working as a recreational therapist in nursing homes with residents and families to slow down the progression of the disease. Through opening up discussions she identified that happiness is the key from a young age. Through the Covid 19 pandemic she felt inspired to write a children's story after witnessing first-hand how stress and depression affect children. Giving back to the world, children can fall asleep believing that there is true happiness.
