Dara is a political artist, illustrator and art educator who continuously uses her art to advocate awareness in the world. Her work have been exhibited internationally and she has been published in among others, Mom Egg Review, Resist Grab Back, The Earth Issue, Demeter Press, Lunch Ticket and for The Nation OPPART. Dara is a lecturer too and has been on panels with Red Line Art Works in London, Nurture Nature Center in Pennsylvania and Hampshire College, USA to name a few. She is currently illustrating for The Rumpus, a literary forum. Dara is the author of her first children's book Don't Eat the Plastic.
