Rachel Emily is an author, poet and songwriter, who has written and produced UK number ones and US platinum-selling singles. Her books for children encourage curiosity, imagination, gentleness and empathy in readers of all ages. Jenny Peckles Lays Eggs with Speckles is Rachel's second picture book with Paul Delaney, following Says Who? (2023).
She lives in Oxfordshire.
