Jerusha is that funny little girl who likes to be taken very seriously but goes into theatrics when she does not get her way. She is a very loving but overbearing little sister. She is a contradictory hilarious mix - a tomboy at heart trying hard to be a lady, like her mummy.
Jerusha is walking through the park with her brother and mummy. It is a beautiful sunny day; the clouds look like yummy candy floss floating across the blue sky. The birds are singing in the trees, the butterflies are darting happily here, and there among the beautiful flowers. Jerusha is feeling like a LADY; her mummy had sprayed her hair with a NEW HAIR SPRAY. She started to imagine that her hair was a garden; of a MILLION sweet-smelling gorgeous flowers - waving under the sun. However, it quickly became clear to her that she was not the only one at the park who thought so….
Boisterous Serene lives in in the city in an apartment. His parents named him Serene because they thought he was going to be serene like his daddy, however, he turned out to be anything but Serene. He is energetic, funny and full of imagination. Sometimes he gets bored and that is when his very vivid imagination comes a live. This is the first in the series about Serene's escapades, his funny and heart warming relationships with his elderly neighbours.
