As Jimson's ears make him susceptible to being blown about by the wind on the way to a party Jimson wishes he were a different animal--until his ears prove valuable for getting out of trouble.
After Emma discovers that her seashells contain hermit crabs she tries to use other beach souvenirs to make a home for the hermit crabs. Later she realizes that she must return them to the beach and recognizes that the best souvenirs are good memories.
