Underwater hockey (called Octopush in England) is gaining popularity in the U.S. Roger Bacon High School in Cincinnati was the first in the U.S. to have a competitive team, and has won several national titles.
Bowhead whales live in the dark, icy waters of Fram Strait. Dr. Kate Stafford and other scientists have been studying the whales' songs and other behaviors in order to fnd ways to help the dwindling numbers of bowheads.
